Create your photo blog and post your first entry

Create an account on flickr.com and blogger.com

• Name your blog “Your Name Photo Page”
• Set up your flickr account to connect to your blog- (your account> your blogs)

Copy the URL of your blog into an email, and send it to me - mconnoll@austinisd.org. Include your name in the Email.

Find a photo that is a good examples of capturing peak of emotion or action

• Look in the best photojournalism of 2005
• Save the photo

Post the photo and critiques

• In flickr, go to upload and upload it
• Select the photo in flickr and click on the "blog this" icon above the photo
• Select your photo blog
• For the entry title, type "Peak of Action / Emotion"
• Under "compose your blog entry," type a 1-3 sentence explanation of what specific elements in the photo show that the photographer captured the peak of emotion or action
• Click "post"
